  • We recommend bring the following items with you:

    • Sun hat

    • Long sleeve, light-colored shirt

    • Camera

    • Towels

    • Sunblock, sun-proof lip balm

    • Cash for tipping

  • If the weather is bad and we cannot go out, we will try to reschedule but if for any reason we cannot, we will issue a full refund.

  • You may cancel the booking at any time; however, you must communicate the cancellation in writing. Cancellation charges will be applied as shown below from the day we receive the notice:

    30days or more – 100% of the cost is refundable.

    29-10 days – 50% of the cost is refundable.

    10 days or fewer – 100% of total cost nonrefundable

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, cash and PayPal.

  • We offer mainland tours and can arrange everything for you. We only need to know if you prefer the water taxi or flight over to Belize City to start your adventure.

    The flight is approximately 15 minutes and costs about $100US per person. The water taxi is approximately $60US per person and takes 1.5 hours to reach Belize City where your guide will pick you up.

  • GST or General Sales Tax of 12.5% is collected on all bookings.

  • For diving and snorkeling gear can be rented at an additional cost, shown below. And you are welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.

    For fishing trips we provide all rods, reels, tackle and bait.

    • Mask, snorkel, fins $10US

    • BCD & Regulator $20US

    • Wetsuit $10US

    • Dive light $15US

  • We provide water and soda for all half day trips, and some trips include either rum punch or beer. If the trip does not include alcoholic beverages you can bring them or purchase from us.

  • Yes! If there are specific activities you want to do or particular stops you want to make we can make it happen. Just let us know what you do and do not want to do and we can create a custom trip for you!

  • Your safety is our #1 priority.

    Our boats meet the requirements of the Maritime Regulations of Belize and are equipped with life jackets, fire extinguishers and first aid kits that are in proper working order.
